Job summary
Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to drive operational performance across North America through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and process automation.
You will partner with Operations leadership to translate data into actionable insights that improve service, inventory, and forecast accuracy while guiding KPI governance. The role leads scalable reporting solutions, automates manual processes, and supports the NA Operations strategy and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years in supply chain management with leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills with data tools and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance management and business insights across North America Operations.
- Develop scalable analytics , dashboards, and KPI governance.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply planning, demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
- Support digital transformation roadmap with automated reporting and standardized processes.
