Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst in Adel, GA, to lead ERP procedures across cultivation and manufacturing sites and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will drive process improvements, mentor staff, and collaborate with site managers and planners to optimize material status and production issues.

The role requires 3+ years in material planning or ERP, advanced ERP knowledge (SAP/METRC/Biotrack), and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred (3+ years of relevant experience may substitute).
3+ years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or ERP system management.
Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP, METRC, Biotrack preferred).
Experience in manufacturing operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and train/mentor staff.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP procedures across cultivation and manufacturing sites.
Coordinate with supervisors, planners, and procurement on material status.
Audit production orders and Bills of Materials; align physical and virtual processes.
Develop strategies to improve order accuracy, labor capture, and cost efficiency.
Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, and variance investigations.
Prepare dashboards, summary reports, and KPI metrics for leadership.
