Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Location: Adel, GA
The Supply Chain Operations Analyst leads operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across cultivation and manufacturing sites. This roleensuresERP, production, and inventory processes areaccurate, compliant, and efficient. The senior analyst proactivelyidentifiestrends, performs root cause analyses, and implements strategies to reduce recurring errors,optimizeworkflow, andmaintainregulatory compliance. This position also mentors and trains staff,providesleadership insights, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance.
Implement, update, andmaintainERP procedures across sites.
Lead ERP training for new and existing employees.
Ensure ERP systems and processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor data integrity and drive process improvements to reduce errors.
Production Control & Optimization:
Coordinate with manufacturing supervisors, master planners, and procurement on material status and production issues.
Audit production orders,validateBills of Materials, and align physical and virtual processes.
Develop strategies to improve order accuracy, labor capture, and cost efficiency.
Inventory Control & Compliance:
Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, and variance investigations.
Perform root cause analyses for recurring discrepancies and implement corrective strategies.
Monitor transit inventory, plant life survivability, and overall inventory health.
Prepare dashboards, summary reports, and KPI metrics for leadership.
Complete SAP transactions asrequiredfor Operations, includingadjustments.
Interface with operations, site managers, planners, and leadership.
Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred (3+ years of relevant experience may substitute).
3+years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or ERP system management.
Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP, METRC,Biotrackpreferred).
Experience in manufacturing operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and train/mentor staff.
