Lief Labs is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain in Valencia, CA. This leadership role oversees Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning, and Customer Operations to ensure materials, production plans, supplier partnerships, and customer commitments meet speed, accuracy, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles across procurement, planning, and ops.
• 5+ years people leadership across managers and teams.
• Experience in nutraceutical or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, RFIs/RFPs, and supplier risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain including sourcing, procurement, planning, and customer operations.
• Set and execute strategies to improve service, readiness, and working capital.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, PO execution, and supplier risk.
• Guide MRP governance, production planning, and capacity alignment.
• Align planning with orders, schedules, and logistics.
• Lead customer operations, order management, and OTIF performance.
• Coach and develop supply chain leaders into an analytics-driven team.
