Job summary

Helmerich & Payne seeks a Supply Chain specialist to support sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations across groups. The role focuses on aligning business needs with efficient processes and data-driven decisions.

You will handle item creation, ERP tasks, and reporting, while collaborating with the Systems and Analytics Manager to optimize the item catalog and internal configurations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably accounting.
• Strong PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, HaLO Ticketing and PowerBI.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multifunctional environment with shifting priorities.
• Reports to the Systems and Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee set up.
• Help processing tickets received in SolveIT.
• Create new Items, Edit Items, Edit locators, Edit Min/Max.
• Create new BPA, edit BPA.
• Create ATF POs.
• Receiving ATF and Service POs.
• Add internal source configurations.
• Maintain and improve the item catalog for procurement and inventory management.
