Transcendia is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Hebron to assist the Supply Chain Lead with daily tasks such as production planning, scheduling and related duties.

The role focuses on reviewing orders, planning material, and maximizing production efficiency while maintaining inventory levels. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production planning, preferably in extruding, slitting and/or plastic industry.
• Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must possess good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Some experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint.
• Must be dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work as team member or independently.

Responsibilities

• Review open customer orders and plan up materials to fill customer orders by due date
• Support production planning of blown lines and cast
• Maximize utilization of material in production
• Maintain min/max levels required if applicable
• Other clerical duties as required such as filing
• Cross training in other areas as required
• Support to the Supply Chain Lead
