Job summary

Sanford Health in Remote WI is seeking a senior Category Management professional to lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across multiple business lines. You will initiate RFPs, analyze data, and align category strategy with organizational goals while collaborating with supply chain teams to maximize value.

The role requires five years of progressive sourcing/negotiation experience, a related bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field required.
• Master degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years related experience required of progressive sourcing and contract negotiation experience, including extensive experience developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, or equivalent experience in a project management or business advisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
• Master's degree level, three years of related experience acceptable.
• Supply Chain, project management, or contract certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic opportunities for category management across multiple lines.
• Lead RFPs and negotiations to maximize value and favorable terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic sourcing processes.
