Job summary

PepsiCo in the United States seeks a senior professional to standardize and advance planning capabilities within the Supply Chain Capability and Innovation area. You will design and deliver training, mentor associates, and drive strategic initiatives through robust analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead complex tasks, develop KPIs, and align processes with enterprise goals while participating in industry forums to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated by a major improvement project.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications; strong analytical and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• This role applies advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Capability and Innovation processes to independently execute and facilitate complex tasks and initiatives.
• Shapes strategic planning for supply chain operations and aligns with organizational goals.
• Establishes KPIs to measure supply chain effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborates with leadership to align supply chain strategies with business goals and represents the organization externally.
