Job summary

Pelican Wire is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize procurement, coordinate supplier relations, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role requires close collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams.

You will manage POs, monitor shipments, and support inventory planning while leveraging ERP systems to maintain data accuracy and forecast needs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or similar role.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure contract adherence.
• Monitor order confirmations, shipping schedules, and delivery status to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules.
