Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to support our business in San Antonio, TX. The role covers standard SCM functions, data analysis, forecasting, and coordination across all airplane programs.

Responsibilities include planning, material requirements analysis, BOM validation, order release, inventory optimization, and process improvements. A 1st shift with potential for growth in a global, dynamic environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years ERP experience (SAP or similar).
• 1+ years Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• 1+ years in operations, materials management or supply chain in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Applies SCM methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
• Analyzes complex material requirements.
• Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
• Determines part number attributes.
• Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
• Ensures on-time delivery.
• Documents and resolves order delinquencies. Reports schedule adherence issues.
• Develops and controls inventory plans.
• Optimizes inventory levels.
• Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories. Initiates audits.
• Develops and creates schedules for products and services.
• Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
• Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
