Job summary

Qualifications

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break down complex scenarios/data/problems and derive insights.
Solid understanding of best practices in retail/consumer goods and/or supply chain/logistics.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Collaborative with peers and leaders to drive initiatives.
Willingness and flexibility to dive into details to get the job done.
Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate as subject matter expert for logistic systems and processes.
Drive production planning improvements with reporting intelligence/automation.
Assess new concepts/ideas and existing processes for ROI justification via data and reporting analysis.
Troubleshoot issues related to the planning and actualization of merchandise flow.
Deliver detailed analyses with findings and recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, DCs, Transportation, Finance, Allocation, and IT.
