Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in Transportation or Logistics with direct Claims experience preferred.
• Experience with Logistics and Transportation Contracts preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently to complete projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills with all levels/departments.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy.
• Flexible to receive instructions from multiple managers and prioritize accordingly.
• High level working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data, design and build reports to optimize transportation resources (carriers, equipment, modes).
• Develop strategic and tactical performance metrics for carrier meetings and award selections.
• Analyze datasets to determine budget impact and authority.
• Ensure contract language complies with Ross Legal and Risk Management; manage expirations.
• Maintain master files and audit-ready documentation.
• Self-audit data accuracy and be prepared for supervisor audits.
