We are seeking a passionate and motivated Strategic Supply and Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the management team to source and secure the supply of spent lithium-ion batteries and manufacturing scraps for recycling production. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining supplier relationships, sourcing feedstock, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends. This role also involves developing new accounts, preparing for the bidding process, and aligning procurement strategies with the company’s objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON?
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WITH
Experience:5+ yearsof business development experience, includingat least 1 yearfocused on thelithium-ion battery value chain, particularly withAuto OEM battery-related divisions, cell manufacturers, cathode/pCAM producers, or lithium-ion battery recyclers.
