Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Specialist to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on contract administration, supplier relationship activities, analysis, and process execution across suppliers and agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, integrity, and urgency.

Qualifications

1 year of experience required in contract management or vendor management.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, procurement, supplier/vendor management, business operations, financial analysis, or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Support the review, preparation, routing, and administration of supplier agreements with internal teams and stakeholders.
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable outcomes and maintain vendor relationships.
Monitor assigned agreements, renewals, and spend; prepare analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with vendor-related projects, tasks, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.
