Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Nashville. You will support contract administration, supplier relationship activities, analysis, and process execution across assigned suppliers and agreements.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, experience with contract management, procurement, or vendor management, and fluency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in contract management, analysis, or vendor management.
• 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration and analysis across supplier agreements.
• Maintain complete contract records and escalate issues outside authority.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve processes.
