Industrial Parts Depot (IPD) in Carson, CA is seeking a Supplier Development Manager to lead the supplier development program, drive process capability, and ensure quality across the supply base. You will mentor QA and supplier teams, conduct audits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet quality objectives.

You will oversee process controls, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Travel 20–30% and align with IPD’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing, quality, and/or supplier development within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience and technical competencies for supplier audits, process capability, and quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 preferred).

• Leads supplier audits and assesses quality systems before approval.
• Drives corrective actions and supplier performance improvements.
• Maintains supplier scorecards and leads quarterly reviews.
