Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 7+ years in sourcing, quality, or supplier development in manufacturing.
• Experience with supplier audits, process capability, and quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 preferred).
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain external process control methodologies (SPC, Cp/Cpk, PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Lead supplier audits and ensure ISO 9001 and IPD quality requirements are met.
• Drive corrective actions, monitor effectiveness, and maintain supplier scorecards.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve quality and reduce waste across networks.
• Support root-cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) for warranty claims and issues.
• Prepare technical quality reports with KPIs and present to management.
• Serve as primary quality liaison with internal departments and suppliers; travel 20–30%.
