The role involves reviewing the subcontract lifecycle, analyzing data, communicating requirements, and guiding policy adherence while collaborating across US teams; travel up to 10% and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts/subcontracts experience.
• 1+ year supporting the Federal acquisition lifecycle.
• 1+ year using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1+ year supporting work subject to Federal contracting regulations.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advising account teams on Federal subcontract administration and supporting strategies.
• Reviewing subcontract actions across the lifecycle (solicitations, proposals, negotiations, awards, documentation).
• Analyzing subcontract data, maintaining files, and entering information in internal systems.
• Identifying subcontracting issues, assessing risks, and supporting resolution of standard/complex matters.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to communicate requirements and provide policy guidance.
