Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contracts and/or subcontracts.
• 1+ years of experience supporting the Federal acquisition lifecycle.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1+ years of experience supporting work subject to Federal contracting regulations.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Advising account teams on Federal subcontract administration matters and supporting subcontract strategies that align to engagement and business objectives
• Reviewing subcontract actions across the subcontract lifecycle, including solicitations, requests for proposals, negotiations, awards, and documentation requirements
• Analyzing subcontract data, maintaining subcontract files, and entering and monitoring information in internal systems for completeness and accuracy
• Identifying subcontracting issues, assessing risks and opportunities, and supporting resolution of standard and complex subcontract matters
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to communicate subcontract requirements, support process improvements, and provide guidance on policies, standards, and procedures
