Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Subcontracts to lead a team and drive full lifecycle subcontracting for U.S. Government proposals. You will partner with BD, Capture, Contracts, PM, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, competitive procurement.

The role emphasizes strategy development, flowdown management, and risk oversight while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and federal regulations. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive government contracts experience.
• 5+ years leadership or management experience in government contracting.
• 5 years experience with FAR Part 15, DFARS and federal procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop subcontract professionals.
• Manage full lifecycle of subcontract administration from proposal to closeout.
• Develop and execute subcontracting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee complex subcontract negotiations, awards, modifications and closeout.
