Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, subcontracts, contracts, program management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end subcontract life cycle from sourcing to closeout.
• Develop and manage subcontract strategies, SOWs, and proposals.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, schedules and BD-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and government requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and finance to manage risk.
• Support audits and government/internal oversight processes.
