Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum/Baltimore-Maryland seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to join the Subcontract Services (SCS) team onsite.

You will handle contract development, negotiations, supplier relationships, and lifecycle procurement processes while coordinating with Law, Programs, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Engineering. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with 8/6+ years of experience, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, contracts, law, or related field; or a Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in terms and conditions negotiations or contract drafting.
• Experience in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Balance and influence multiple competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Law, Programs, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Engineering to foster long and short-term business relationships with our supply base.
• Manage procurement life cycle data, processes, and reporting; governance and strategic initiatives.
