Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Operations Budget Forecast Analyst to provide finance support across store operating expenses, excluding payroll and supplies. You will prepare analyses, forecasts, and executive reports, partnering with Field Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to drive profitability and efficiency.

You will develop budgets and forecasts, perform variance analyses, support P&L reviews, and help implement financial models and dashboards using Excel and BI tools.

Formación

• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with trend insights.
• Ability to translate financial data into operational insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication for leadership.
• Collaborates across Finance, Operations, Accounting and Procurement.
• High attention to detail and financial accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Supports annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks with leadership.
• Performs monthly variance analyses comparing actuals to budget/forecast.
• Prepares dashboards and executive reports on financial performance.
• Monitors store operating expenses and enforces governance.
• Reconciles invoices and assists in P&L analyses.
• Develops financial models and supports strategic initiatives.
