Job summary

National FFA Organization in Indianapolis seeks a liaison to connect state FFA associations with national staff, advancing educational programs, resources, and leadership development. You will build relationships with state leaders, manage projects from start to finish, and collaborate with internal teams on materials and program improvements.

A Bachelor’s in agricultural education is required; 5–7 years’ related experience; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with state leadership and teachers.
• Develop and manage projects from start to finish.
• Provide trainings using approved national FFA materials and methods.
• Prepare reports summarizing travel, communication and information between states and the organization.
• Manage budget to ensure financial responsibilities.
• Perform the mental and physical demands of the position.
