Job summary

National FFA Organization is seeking a Program Specialist – Leadership Development to design, implement, and continuously improve national leadership programs for students from 5th grade through college. The role includes curriculum planning, content development, and managing a range of high-impact programs and digital platforms.

The position emphasizes strong program management, data-driven improvement, and coordination of budgets, timelines, and onsite conference logistics to support growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in education, leadership, agricultural education or related field.
  • Minimum of three years in program development, educational content delivery, leadership training or related experience.
  • Experience in content development and learning design is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate national leadership development programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Direct planning and delivery of national-level programs and budget management.
  • Develop curriculum, digital courses, training resources, evaluation strategies, and quality standards.
  • Create student-centered and chapter-centered learning materials.
  • Analyze program performance using data and participant feedback for improvement.
  • Manage FFA’s online learning platform and ensure accessibility.
  • Coordinate logistics for large national events including conferences, registrations, and safety.
  • Provide facilitator feedback and coaching during and after events.
