Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in grants administration, project management, stakeholder intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations and reports.
• Excellent judgment, organizational skills, and independent decision-making ability.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel domestically, approximately once quarterly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source, synthesize, and analyze stakeholder, business, and market intelligence and disseminate to internal teams.
• Track, monitor, and report on emerging policies, issues, and trends; elevate risks to internal partners.
• Develop and deliver insights materials (e.g., briefs, memos, decks) to support internal and external engagement.
• Produce landscape analyses and positioning/perception assessments to inform strategy and actions.
• Monitor and communicate progress on priority issues and product/service developments.
• Build and maintain resources, tools, and best practices for insights work.
• Support the Head of Community Engagement in strategic planning and grant portfolio management including slide decks.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and collaborate with associates to enhance effectiveness.
