Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of leverage finance experience.
- Strong skills in loan structuring, business development, and credit analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field; commercial banking training desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead new strategic Sponsor relationship acquisition and development.
- Screen Private Equity Sponsors against defined metrics.
- Conduct Sponsor due diligence using references and data sources.
- Serve as internal SME for Sponsor relationship and credit needs.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Underwriters to deliver top‑notch client service.
