Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of contract management, supplier management, procurement, or related experience.
• Experience with SAP, Maximo, procurement, vendor management, or utility/energy organizations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contract strategies with business units.
• Define terms and conditions per company standards.
• Oversee post-award contract administration activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Support renewals, extensions, and closeout activities.
• Manage small to mid-sized contracts through full lifecycle.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for contract-related issues and disputes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to negotiate favorable terms.
• Assist with contract negotiation strategy and execution.
