Job summary

Direct Supply is seeking a Spend Management Consultant to deliver professional services for DSSI customers, focusing on onboarding, supplier integration, formulary management, compliance processes, budget controls and more.

You will collaborate with the Implementation Team, advise C-Suite leadership on supply chain integration, and partner with internal teams to optimize and standardize controls within DSSI.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supply chain/procurement experience.
• Basic procurement practices, including GPOs, and intermediate MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DSSI Implementation Team to build the customer’s DSSI site and workflows.
• Consult with corporate leadership to align supply chain on the DSSI site.
• Identify optimization opportunities with the Category Analyst and update formularies and controls.
• Lead onboarding and training of all users onto the DSSI system.
• Standardize GL coding with the Accounting department.
• Work with finance to implement Budget Control on DSSI.
• Promote Direct Supply value and drive ongoing procurement roadmap with customers.
