Job summary

Trueanomalyinc seeks a detail-oriented Program Finance Senior Analyst/Analyst who will support financial health and execution of space superiority programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on cost and schedule.

Responsibilities include developing financial models, monitoring performance, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in finance within aerospace or defense and strong skills in financial modeling, especially using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of finance experience in an aerospace, defense, or government contracting environment.
• Hands-on experience with program financial management, including budgeting and EAC development.
• Understanding of government contract structures and their financial management implications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and financial oversight of a portfolio of space control programs.
• Prepare cost and schedule performance reports for leadership and external customers.
• Monitor program financial performance against baseline, identifying key variances.

Skills

Finance experience in aerospace/defense
