Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years' experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements spend management processes and strategies across categories.
• Develops negotiation strategies and finalizes contracts to maximize value.
• Aligns with clinical and administrative leaders to support category strategies.
• Builds relationships with supplier leadership and conducts performance reviews.
• Coordinates technology reviews and interface costs within lifecycle projections.
• Recruits, engages, develops, and leads assigned staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
