Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a driven professional to support client engagements in manufacturing operations and supply chain transformation. You will analyze processes and operating models to identify efficiency and quality improvements, and design solutions to enhance production planning and material flow.

You will collaborate with plant managers and IT teams to align business and technology needs, develop deliverables, and provide implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or consulting.
• 1+ year(s) of analyzing business processes, workflows, or value chain performance.
• 1+ year(s) of implementing enterprise technology, digital, or analytics-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing process documentation, business requirements, or client deliverables.
• Willingness to travel ~50% depending on client projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on manufacturing operations, supply chain transformation, and value chain improvement.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and system capabilities to identify efficiency, quality, and performance improvements.
• Design and implement solutions to improve production planning, material flow, visibility, and traceability.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, plant managers, and IT teams to align business and technology requirements.
• Develop analyses, process documentation, deliverables, and implementation support materials for transformation programs.
• Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
