Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement and Supply Chain professional in California. The role leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end procurement, aligning with business objectives and product initiatives.

You will negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and drive improvements across fulfillment and order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal cost structures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Strong experience with demand planning, supply planning, procurement processes, and supplier management.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience supporting end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations in manufacturing, technology, or product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead supplier evaluations, vendor selection, and competitive sourcing activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and supplier agreements to optimize value.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support new product introductions and manufacturing initiatives.
• Support demand and supply planning to ensure product availability and alignment with requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements across procurement and fulfillment operations.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of fulfillment processes across the order lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and service levels.
• Analyze spend, supplier capabilities, and market conditions to support strategic decisions.
