The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supplier management, along with SRM/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience with SRM/ERP systems and supplier scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily supplier performance using data-driven KPIs and scorecards.
• Coordinate corrective actions for supplier performance or delivery issues.
• Support supplier business reviews and provide performance analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supplier performance with internal requirements.
• Track supplier-related savings and report strategic progress.
