Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Purchasing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Willingness to travel monthly, approx. one week, to Rock Hill, SC.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics to optimize purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain professional supplier relationships to secure reliable access to parts.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery, and contract terms to maximize value.
• Evaluate supplier performance against KPIs (quality, on-time delivery, cost).
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Transportation, Production, and QA.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify cost-saving opportunities.
