Victaulic, based in Easton, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist II to lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate terms and renewals, and drive cost savings. You will work with Category Managers and cross-functional teams to align with sourcing policies and contract governance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of procurement experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP processes on assigned category(s) from requirement definition through supplier award.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals; deliver cost savings and risk reduction.
• Track supplier KPI performance and lead quarterly supplier reviews.
• Support Category Managers on strategic sourcing events with analytics and should-cost modeling.
