Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Category Manager to lead global sourcing programs from its World Headquarters in Easton, PA. You will drive negotiations, supplier management, and total cost of ownership improvements across multiple regions, partnering with internal stakeholders to optimize cost, quality and delivery.

You will develop global category strategies, lead negotiations on long-term contracts, and monitor market conditions while traveling up to 25% for supplier engagement and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or supply chain management required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and category management.
• Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global category management, including strategy development, market analysis and supplier negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
