Job summary

citizenship is required. Minimum 3 years in sourcing; Bachelor's in business or related field, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government quality regulations.
• Proven experience independently leading supplier negotiations and executing contractual agreements.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier management and sourcing initiatives for complex products and services supporting government and defense-related programs.
• Drive supplier negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage supply chain risk, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, and reliable supply solutions.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on cost, quality, and compliance considerations for assigned commodities.
• Lead supplier negotiations independently, including pricing, terms and conditions, and long-term agreements to achieve objectives.
• Identify and engage suppliers for production and aging platforms. Manage supplier relationships and provide primary contacts for key suppliers and OEMs.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal procurement policies.
