Job summary

V2X seeks a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead complex sourcing initiatives across programs, drive supplier negotiations, and optimize total cost. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with program requirements.

You'll leverage SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems, mentor juniors, and shape sourcing strategies for high-value commodities, sustaining supply chain resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with aerospace/defense sourcing.
• FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and contract negotiation proficiency.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing initiatives with cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies for high-value commodities.
• Negotiate terms, long-term agreements, and pre-award documents.
• Monitor supplier performance against key metrics and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Legal, and Quality teams.
• Mentor junior staff on compliance, negotiation strategies, and process execution.
