Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing, with direct experience sourcing chemical raw materials.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and ability to manage pricing data across ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate pricing across raw materials and indirect categories in ERP systems and ensure PO pricing matches terms.
• Fulfill and track sample requests from plants and internal stakeholders; coordinate with suppliers on timing and delivery.
• Prepare pricing reports and market indicators; support sourcing decisions and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage underperforming vendors through structured processes.
