Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience executing strategic sourcing and procurement projects, including 4+ years in chemicals sourcing/negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate degree, at least 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and lead client engagements.
• Manage resources and coordinate with SMEs across the firm.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and present to executives.
• Build consensus among client stakeholders and nurture relationships.
• Assess expenditures to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Reengineer procurement processes and lead sales calls with clients.
• Provide chemicals industry thought leadership and deliverables content.
