Job summary

Urenco USA is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to support the Eunice, NM site with developing and executing category plans, supplier management, and contract negotiations. The role sits hybrid with on-site responsibilities and relocation assistance provided.

The position requires extensive procurement experience, including supplier management and category management, with certifications such as C.P.M., CPSM, or CIPS. Travel and security clearances may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years procurement experience including 3+ years supplier management.
• 2+ years in strategic procurement and category management.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and managing suppliers for OpEx, facilities maintenance and related services.
• Must maintain C.P.M., CPSM or CIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and category management to deliver value and cost savings.
• Develop and execute category plans aligning with group strategies.
• Lead supplier visits and evaluations to ensure compliance and performance.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Manage customer relationships and cross-site collaboration to meet site needs.
