Job summary

Twin City Fan, based in Minnesota, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead category strategies and supplier relationships across metals, motors, and components. You’ll analyze supplier performance, drive data‑driven improvements, and partner with engineering and operations on NPD efforts.

The role offers growth into strategic sourcing with a comprehensive benefits package. Competitive compensation with a pay range of $90,000–$110,000 plus annual bonus eligibility, and a benefits program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with supplier performance tracking and improvement.
  • Negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for key categories (e.g., metals, motors, bearings, drives)

Core Responsibilities
  • Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for key categories (e.g., metals, motors, bearings, drives)
  • Analyze supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist you will be offered pay of $90,000-$110,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
