Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management client accounts. The role focuses on optimizing services operations, delivering market and supplier intelligence, and leading field resources to execute strategic initiatives.

You will partner with sourcing, facility and PM teams, drive regional and national programs, ensure compliance with policies, and mentor suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to lead decentralized teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
• Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Collaborate with Clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits.
• Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
• Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standard or changes and are reviewed.
