Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, outsourcing, vendor management, or related functions.
• Strong demonstrated program management experience, ownership of complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent programs, prioritize deadlines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from initiation through completion.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple vendor onboarding and sourcing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum.
• Prepare executive-level program updates, progress reports, and actionable recommendations.
• Manage programs from initial vendor selection through contracting, implementation, and launch.
• Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding, including intake, compliance reviews, contracting, system setup, and kickoff.
• Support complex vendor negotiations, including pricing, SLAs, quality standards, and terms.
