Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Healthcare (required)
• Masters in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, Nursing (preferred)
• 5 years progressive experience in sourcing for large health systems

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives with clinical teams for cost analysis and presentations
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply expense while preserving quality
• Monitor and report on budgets, timelines, and scope of assigned categories
• Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to standardize and improve processes
• Lead scoping, RFP development, evaluations, negotiations, and contracting across categories
• Coordinate with legal to negotiate favorable contracts for the organization
