Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience in regulated industries like life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, spend analytics, and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 0-25% as required.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices, processes and methodologies.
• Demonstrated negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance sourcing initiatives as a Procurement/Sourcing Specialist III.
• Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships to deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply chain optimization.
