The role partners with senior managers to prioritise business needs and navigates supplier markets to optimize risk and value.

Responsibilities include supplier selection, contract negotiation, and day‑to‑day management of large suppliers, ensuring policy compliance and strategic development with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex supply chain sub-category and develop and execute sourcing strategies contributing to strategic goals.
• Conduct complex data and industry analysis, including costs and competitive analyses.
• Translate business priorities into supply chain strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and develop supply chain, business, and financial models.
• Drive supplier selection and negotiate contracting outcomes with large suppliers.
• Ensure procurement policies are followed and compliance metrics are met or exceeded.
• Identify contract risk areas and advise senior leaders on mitigation and continuity strategies.
