Job summary

Coperion is seeking a Buyer I I to manage supplier relationships and execute procurement processes across the region. The role focuses on achieving KPIs in claim management, PO execution, and invoice reconciliation while ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective deliveries.

You will help implement category strategies, support negotiations for cost savings, and maintain master data, analytics, and P2P excellence across pertinent suppliers and OpCos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Financial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational KPIs: PO execution, claim management, invoice reconciliation.
• Manage supplier relationships for day-to-day execution and expedites.
• Implement category strategies and framework contracts; support global teams.
• Achieve year-over-year savings with assigned categories/suppliers.
• Ensure complete Procure-to-Pay process (P2P) adherence.
• Collaborate with OpCos and suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, warranty and payment issues.
• Maintain master data and support analytics/tools development.
