Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 11 years progressive work experience.
• 6 years of management experience.
• Large healthcare system or Fortune 500 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise outsourced managed services and strategic sourcing across all indirect service domains.
• Provide leadership to the Category Directors and Managers responsible for supporting all business units and supplier performance monitoring.
• Shape enterprise strategies through supplier innovation, responsible procurement, and market intelligence.
• Serve as the principal commercial advisor to executive leaders, translating priorities into executable category strategies.
• Develop enterprise strategies for outsourced managed services and master services agreements.
• Advise leaders on build-versus-buy decisions, outsourcing, AI-enabled delivery models, and governance.
